Alex is a queer disabled designer and activist, who specializes in applying tacit and embodied disabled knowledge to the design of digital systems and services. Their current work is focused on development of methods for doing Disability-Led Design, a speculative design approach that positions disability as a creative practice and accessibility as a creative opportunity. Alex is especially excited to explore how these methods can be used to build cities that are safe and welcoming for everyone.
